faulty appdeposit confusion
the room felt less pristine compared to past visits. the app i used for room service failed to work. there seemed to be confusion about the deposit i paid initially and the items i ordered. i am still awaiting the refund of my deposit.

The room featured a guitar. A record player was also present. It included Manchester artist vinyls. The room was super clean.
The hotel told us we would get either wine or champagne. When asked about this, we had to pay extra. This was a bit disappointing. Dinner was also included. This turned out to be a voucher of £30 off the total price of dinner for two.

The room was well-decorated and modern, which I liked.
I encountered issues with noise. Street sounds persisted throughout the night. The automatic motion sensor mood lighting beneath the bed also turned on and off repeatedly, disrupting my sleep. The sliding bathroom door didn't close properly, a minor inconvenience.

the room included a record player with vinyl selection! blackout curtains ensured complete darkness for sleeping. the included beer upon arrival was a welcome touch.

comfy bedheated floorfriendly staff
I found the bed to be very comfy. The heated floor in the bathroom was a nice touch. I received a free welcome drink and dinner. The rooftop bar had a fun atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

i loved the location it was in the city center. my room was spacious and had all the needed amenities. the rainfall shower was nice and the bed, very comfy.
the food was below average for the price i payed. the cups in my room was old. the walls were not really soundproof i could hear outside noises till late.

the room had a guitar and some pick and mix sweets. the staff were friendly. i found the hotel to be quirky and beer-themed. this.
the room description was inaccurate. i could hear slamming doors and people walking past, also the street outside. the air ducts outside the window were very audible in the mornings. room service was ordered, but it did not arrive.
